| | Catching up with Roy ZimmermanJuly 11, 2011 - Harry EagarWay back in 1999, satirist Roy Zimmerman wrote a song about personal ads, ISO Same (on the album "Comic Sutra - Live at Luna Park") that ran shorthand to extremes: S W C P V G L N S N D N A P 35+ J M B G R F likes U S B D O S O I S O same Nobody has quite caught up with Roy yet, but this weekend I ran into LGBTSTT, which set me back a minute. A bit of questing revealed that the "TS" meant "Two Spirit," and a little more led me to, of all places, Canada, where it was revealed that "Two Spirit" is an L or B or G or T or T who is also Native American or Polynesian. When I was a kid, "fruits" and "morphodites" had to cover everything. Life was simpler then. In case you're wondering, S W C P V G L N S N D N A P 35+ J M B G R F likes U S B D O S O I S O same translates as single, white, clean, professional, very good looking, no smoking, no drugs, no Amway products, Jewish, Muslim, Jack Mormon, British glam rock fanatic, using the sound of a blender to drown out a screaming orgasm, and 35+ is the number of men on a football team. Please try to keep that straight.
